EDPF is an institution with a mission to empower previously disenfranchised entrepreneurs who wish to enter the property sector and, in so doing, transform this R7 Trillion sector. We strive to break the barriers of entry into the property sector through training, mentorship, support and arranging access to the property market and funding opportunities. We are NOT FUNDERS but we help our members explore available funding and create new funding channels like our Crowdfunding Platform to give the entrepreneur a kick start into this very lucrative sector.  Finally we give full support to our candidates through services such as Lightstone and TPN, as well as professional services such as town planning, quantity surveyors, architects, engineers, legal, financial, tax & accounting support and much more through our Forum called the Property Venture Studio.
